Discover

You're a ray that sneaked in, painted the room and softened its shadows. Not invasive.
You're a new jazz tune I discovered on a treasured vinyl called out of its retirement.
You're buttery toast all by itself, that leaves a salty grease on my fingers
and coats my lips and leaves your name on my tongue.
You're a new and exciting kind of 'familiar', I could get used to never getting used to.
